Shipping Information

ORDER PROCESSING FOR CUSTOM ITEMS
Once an order has been placed and received, allow 48 hours for us to process and create any of the custom items found on the website.  This includes all Candle Bouquets, Custom Filled Container Candles, Custom ordered pillar candles and Memory Candles. Orders received after 5 pm MST on a weekday, weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day. 

Valentine's Day delivery by Friday, 2/12/21:
Standard: Tuesday 2/2/21, 10AM MST
Express: Tuesday 2/9/21, 10AM MST
Overnight: Thursday 2/10/21, 10AM MST

General Shipping Times

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24-48 hours from our Candle Studio. 

Regular delivery: 4-8 business days
Express delivery: 2-3 business*
Overnight delivery: 1-2 business days*

*Express or overnight orders placed after 10 am MST will ship on the next business day for non-custom orders.  While we will do our best, overnight orders cannot be guaranteed for Custom Candle orders.  We will advise you of the status right away.

We use USPS and UPS as our carrier service and pass the shipping cost, calculated by weight of the items, directly on to you.  When you proceed to the check out window you will have options for how quickly you would like your order expedited.  

Gift Cards and Taxes do not apply to your order total. 

We do not currently accept international orders and ship only in the USA.

Tax will not be charged on orders shipped out of the state of Utah. 

Pick up Service

We offer pick-up service at Art Box Ogden during normal business hours.

Monday-Thursday: 10 am to 6 pm
Friday-Saturday: 10 am to 8 pm
Sunday: 11 am to 3 pm

For curb-side delivery, please call us at 801-675-1078 when you arrive at the front of the shop and we will bring your order to you.  Please have your email receipt for the products you have purchased.  

We provide a local delivery service in the 84401 zip code for a $15 fee.
